Nintendo of America’s previously announced Nintendo Switch 2 price revision has taken effect today, lifting the US MSRP from $449.99 to $499.99 and lining up with Canada, Europe and Japan’s earlier hikes.

Nintendo has officially confirmed that the Nintendo Switch 2 will cost £419.99 in the UK from September 1, 2026, an increase of £24 over its current £395.99 price tag. The UK rise is smaller than the equivalent US, Canadian and European price hikes Nintendo revealed earlier this year.
