TYPE-MOON and TYPE-MOON Studio BB confirmed on August 31 that Aniplex will take over publishing duties for the long-delayed Fate/EXTRA remake. The same day, the project's director, Kazuya Niinou, announced he has left the studio for personal and health reasons.
