My Hero Academia: All's Justice Drops Izuku Midoriya Overlay Full Style DLC on September 3, One Day Before Switch 2 Launch

Izuku Midoriya (Overlay Full Style) joins the roster of My Hero Academia: All's Justice on September 3 as the third paid downloadable fighter, publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment and developer Byking announced. The character is the latest Season Pass addition and lands one day before the Nintendo Switch 2 version of the 3D arena fighter releases worldwide on September 4 (September 3 in Japan).

The new Midoriya variant can be purchased on its own for $4.99 or as part of the My Hero Academia: All's Justice Season Pass, priced at $24.99. Two more paid DLC characters are planned through the Season Pass in winter 2026 and spring 2027, and two free playable characters will also be added during the same window. A new English-language trailer for the fighter has been posted to Bandai Namco Entertainment's official YouTube channel.

My Hero Academia: All's Justice launched earlier in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, and brings the franchise's full Final War storyline to a 3D fighting format with a roster that spans U.A. students, Pro Heroes, and Villains. The Switch 2 edition launches on September 4 worldwide (September 3 in Japan), adds exclusive online play through GameChat using the console's GameShare feature, and introduces a free "Minigame" mode that includes a collaboration mini-game with Pac-Man. The Minigame content is also being patched in as a free update for the existing PS5, Xbox, and Steam versions on the same day.

Season Pass content for My Hero Academia: All's Justice has previously added Nana Shimura and Star and Stripe ahead of the Midoriya DLC. Bandai Namco has also confirmed that the Switch 2 release includes an exclusive pre-order bonus called the Playable Character Early Unlock Pack, which grants early access to two additional fighters whose identities have not yet been revealed.
