holoVillage: Our Cozy Days Officially Heading to Nintendo Switch 2 This Fall

holo Indie and developer Roboqlo have officially confirmed that holoVillage: Our Cozy Days is heading to Nintendo Switch 2, with launch timing planned for this fall. The slow-life simulation, originally released on PC via Steam on April 24, 2026, is the latest hololive production derivative game to make the jump from Steam to Nintendo's hybrid hardware.

In holoVillage: Our Cozy Days, players run their own rural village alongside adorable chibi versions of hololive production talents. Daily activities cover farming, fishing, mining, crafting, cooking, and housing customization, with more than 1,800 pieces of furniture and over 1,300 costumes available at launch. Outside the village, dungeon zones with weapons, gear progression, and job ability trees provide an optional action loop. Familiar hololive talents appear as villagers who can be recruited to help with farm work, dressed up, photographed, and, through the Affection system introduced in the August 24 Summer Major Update, befriended to unlock Profile Cards, flowers, furniture, and outfit rewards.

The Switch 2 version does not yet have a specific release date, and holo Indie says additional details will arrive through its official channels. The existing PC edition has held a "Very Positive" rating on Steam since launch, peaking above 3,000 concurrent players and continuing to receive post-launch content, including the FLOW GLOW character additions and the new Beach area that shipped with the Summer 2026 update. A separate holoVillage DLC: hololive Summer Outfit Set is currently discounted alongside the base game on Steam.

For hololive fans on Switch 2, the announcement comes as the broader holo Indie catalog continues to expand. Cover Corp's derivative game brand has previously brought titles like Hololive Treasure Mountain MegaPack and HoloParade: Deluxe Edition to Switch, and a Switch 2 release of holoVillage fits that pattern of wider platform availability for the most successful holo Indie releases. The PC version of holoVillage: Our Cozy Days is available now on Steam, and the Switch 2 edition is slated for launch sometime this fall.
